Starting tomorrow - WATER

  1. Register for the Healthy mind and body program to support lasting change!

  1. Prepare for snacks. Low glycemic snacks are important.  You should NOT be hungry on your program so if necessary snack up to every 30 minutes with these options.

        - 1 handful of almonds, cashews or walnuts

  1. -      - 1 apple or 1 pear

  2. -      - 1 handful of raspberries, blueberries or strawberries

        - 1 hardboiled egg

        - 2 IsaSnacks, 1/2 Isalean bar, 1 fibersnack, 1 slimcake, 1 Isadelight Chocolate,

        - 1 Whey thins packet (all isagenix snack options)

Start here to prepare

  1. increase your filtered water consumption by 1/2 a cup day.  Each day increase by 1/2 cup until you reach 8 cups a day

  1. decrease your coffee, caffeinated tea, pop or alcohol consumption by 1/2 a cup each day (this is highly recommended for programs that include cleansing).  Exception: Isagenix organic coffee has been approved for cleanse programs

Continue tapering off 1/2 a cup a day until you are at zero servings for two days with no withdrawal symptoms - then you are ready!

  1. Prepare to exercise - for even better results you may add in exercise.  Exercise is a key component to long term health and is part of the Isagenix lifestyle.  For ideas on how to exercise at home watch the Low impact, Medium impact and High impact videos and determine which is the best fit for you.

  1. Prepare for meals. Meals must be balanced for most success.  Click on this document to help you shop for what you need!

(ONE ISACOFFEE ON THE PROGRAM IS OK IF NEEDED)

  1. Take your measurements with a measuring tape.  This is critical for determining overall body composition changes.  Weight scale measurements are not enough!  This chart is found in your PROGRAM GUIDE!

  1. Take your “before” photos.  Pictures are worth a thousand words.  Now take your 4 full body BEFORE photos. Males wear shorts for the photos and females wear form fitting clothing preferable showing their waist area, legs and arms.
